- All booked activities and tours include a non-refundable 7% processing fee. Customers will receive a 100% refund less processing fee with 7 days’ notice prior to scheduled tour.
- Customers will also receive a 100% refund less processing fees in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
- For cancellations made within 24 hours or less, no refund is received. Also, no shows will not receive a refund.
- Cancellations made between 24 hours – 48 hours before scheduled reservation will receive a 50% refund.
- Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance of scheduled reservation will receive a full refund less a 7% processing fee.

The Red Bar has most of what you will need to make your day at Deadman’s Reef complete, from sunblock to underwater cameras and much more.
Come hang out at the Red Bar and have one of our Pina Colada’s or other frozen specialties. You can also quench your thirst with our Bahama Mamas, PC special or one of many brands of beer including our own native beer “Kalik.”
Have one of our delicious conch burgers, a local specialty! Or maybe you’d rather munch on a juicy jumbo beef hot dog, hamburger, chicken breast or Lobster with pasta salad (in season).
We also offer a great grilled veggie burger. Rent snorkel equipment or other fun toys to play with in the water. Bring a friend or bring a group!
