Increasing Freediving Safety awareness for uncertified Freedivers. An objective is to enhance your overall safety when diving in recreational Freediving limits.
Freediver Course
- To increase Freediving Safety awareness for uncertified Freedivers
- To enhance your overall safety when diving with in recreational Freediving limits
- Classroom session 1 hour Minimum
- Confined water session 2 hours Minimum
- Minimum age of 10 for junior Safe Buddy or 16 for full Safe Buddy. Competent swimming skills. PFI Snorkeler / Skin diver or equivalent level. If you are unsure which course to take email me with your questions or concerns and I will let you know what is best for you.

- Exposure protection
- Wetsuit
- Weight belt and weights optional
- Timing device or dive computer
- If you don’t have gear it’s also available for rent for a fee. Inquire about rental prices.

Free Diving Course Certification
Training individuals in the benefits, skills and techniques of Freediving Safety & problem management for entry level Freediving to a depth of 20m / 66’
Freediver Course
- Train individuals in the benefits, skills and techniques of Freediving
- Safety & problem management for entry level Freediving to a depth of 20m / 66’
- Basic static apnea development (breath hold) of 1:30 at a minimum.
- Dynamic Apnea development (under water swimming) of 25m / 82’
- 3 days in length (optional 4 day if wanted or needed)
- 2 classroom sessions (2 @ 3 hours each)
- 2 confined water sessions (2 @ 3.5 hours each)
- 1 open water session ( min of 3.5 hours )
- Minimum age of 10 for junior Freediver or 16 for full Freediver. Comfortable in the water recommended an able to swim in water over your head. If you are unsure which course to take email me with your questions or concerns and I will let you know what is best for you.

- Becoming a safe freediver
- Improve spearfishing ability
- Improve static and dynamic breath holds
- Developing vital management skills for both freediving and spearfishing
- gaining more comfortability in the water
- Boat fees ( between $50 – $75 per person depending on boat and location)
- Pool fees (usually included but sometimes will need to switch pools location $8-$20 per person)
