Training individuals in the benefits, skills and techniques of Freediving Safety & problem management for entry level Freediving to a depth of 20m / 66’. This course is perfect for freedivers wanting to become more safe, improve spearfishing ability, improve static and dynamic breath holds, and developing vital management skills for both freediving and spearfishing.
Course Objectives
- Train individuals in the benefits, skills and techniques of Freediving
- Safety & problem management for entry level Freediving to a depth of 20m / 66’
- Basic static apnea development (breath hold) of 1:30 at a minimum.
- Dynamic Apnea development (under water swimming) of 25m / 82’

- Boat fees ( between $50 – $75 per person depending on boat and location)
- Pool fees (usually included but sometimes will need to switch pools location $8-$20 per person)
Prerequisites
- Minimum age of 10 for junior Freediver or 16 for full Freediver. Comfortable in the water recommended an able to swim in water over your head. If you are unsure which course to take email me with your questions or concerns and I will let you know what is best for you.

Cancellation Policy
Paradise Cove at Deadman's Reef
- All booked activities and tours include a non-refundable 7% processing fee. Customers will receive a 100% refund less processing fee with 7 days’ notice prior to scheduled tour.
- Customers will also receive a 100% refund less processing fees in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
- For cancellations made within 24 hours or less, no refund is received. Also, no shows will not receive a refund.
- Cancellations made between 24 hours – 48 hours before scheduled reservation will receive a 50% refund.
- Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance of scheduled reservation will receive a full refund less a 7% processing fee.
