All booked activities and tours include a non-refundable 7% processing fee. Customers will receive a 100% refund less processing fee with 7 days’ notice prior to scheduled tour.
Customers will also receive a 100% refund less processing fees in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
For cancellations made within 24 hours or less, no refund is received. Also, no shows will not receive a refund.
Cancellations made between 24 hours – 48 hours before scheduled reservation will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance of scheduled reservation will receive a full refund less a 7% processing fee.
