Cancellation Policy
Paradise Cove at Deadman's Reef
- All booked activities and tours include a non-refundable 7% processing fee. Customers will receive a 100% refund less processing fee with 7 days’ notice prior to scheduled tour.
- Customers will also receive a 100% refund less processing fees in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
- For cancellations made within 24 hours or less, no refund is received. Also, no shows will not receive a refund.
- Cancellations made between 24 hours – 48 hours before scheduled reservation will receive a 50% refund.
- Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance of scheduled reservation will receive a full refund less a 7% processing fee.
